1. Alloy Steel Bar AISI 8620, DIN 1.6523, JIS SNCM220, SAE 8620.
2. Chemical Composition in %:
C: 0.17~0.23 Si: 0.17~0.37 Mn: 0.60~0.95 Cr: 0.40~0.70 Mo: 0.20~0.30 Ni: 0.35~0.75.
3. Dia: 20mm-800mm.
4. Length: 3.0-8.0m or according to customer's require. We can do at most 15 meters long.
5. Process: After heating the ingot to optimum high temperature, the ingot is forged by hydraulic presses. Forging process has two major purposes which are to form the required shape and to refine grain size inside of steel ingot. It refines the grain structure and improves physical properties of the metal.
6. Cut both ends.
7. Delivery condition: Hot rolled.
